ABOUT THE DENTIST
Dr. Yasmin Ismail-Juma has been a dental professional for the past 18 years. Her experience and knowledge are paired with her ability to make her patients feel at ease in the dental chair.
After completing her dental training at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, USA, Dr. Ismail-Juma completed a dental residency programme at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.
Dr. Ismail-Juma has since been practicing as a licensed dentist in Canada, during which she has taken on an ongoing basis, continuing education courses in oral and periodontal surgery, laser dentistry, implant dentistry, nitrous oxide sedation, root canals, sleep apnea, and many more.
Dr. Ismail-Juma is currently a member of the York Region Dental Society, Ontario Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. |
